• Give new opportunities to lower income children, most vulnerable population in the community with no access to free education to bilingual education, computer education and special education for handicap children to give them new opportunities in life 

• Provide students with new educational tools and alternatives assisting them to integrate with their families and their academic, social and emotional environments for a better life quality. 

• Identify the potential of each student through diverse methodologies so they can work their way to become eligible to Overcoming Frontiers' projects to help them to increase their success chances in the job market.

• Involve students and their families in the program and its alternatives to help community raise their economic and social standards.

• Disseminate the project to other institutions for support and create partnerships focus on the goodwill for the whole community.

• Develop special Education programs to integrate and give better opportunities to special children within sociality  and integrated them in the community.
